Goal

Our users wanted to enhance and update their current attachment management system. They wanted to be able to select and move attachments from their inbox and/or another person's inbox to an invoice.

 

My Role

In our team, I was responsible for updating the UI for the manage attachment layouts, and creating the icons and applying updated UX/UI standards and branding to ensure a consistent experience throughout the website and all applications. I was also an active participant in white board sessions, daily SCRUM meetings, and worked closely with front-end developers.

Result

Users are now able to select and attach documents or drag and drop attachments to invoices. The UI has also been updated with the new UX/UI standards.
